Have you realized all the people you cross when walking home or anywhere else that are looking to their smart phones? that's something that I can't stand and understand.
I must accept that I'm also a big fan of my iphone, I don't even want to recall the time I lost it, I think it took me like a month to mentally recover. But, when I walk, I concentrate on walking. I can receive a whatsapp, be tagged on Facebook or receive an email, I'm fully concentrated in walking, enjoying myself with my own thoughts.
There are some times of course that you need to consult your location to find an unknown place, to take a call or something like that but, for those cases I STOP! What's the point on keep walking and bump against anything that's on your way? we really think we can do lots of things at the same time but, sorry, all those things are badly wrong! Think about it, you look really pathetic and dependent on your phone. Remember that disconnecting at least during 20 minutes on your way to work will make you enjoy the way, concentrate on exercising and avoid bumping into humans, bars, or even cars.
