Again, I arrive to the hotel where I need to pay for the wifi service. Please, can someone explain me if this is really something that the hotels cannot afford? Or is it that they pact with swiss.com (or whatever the name) to give the service through them? It’s really incredible for me that at this moment when all travelers are connected and talking about everything in social networks and with our families should pay for this service.
Don’t they think that you do the check in in foursquare and the first tip you post is negative about this subject? Well, I should recognize that yesterday they gifted me with 30 minutes, only in the lobby, but of course this 30 minutes were gone very quickly (specifically in 30 minutes) and I only had time but to upload a picture in instagram because besides that, it takes ages to load images or download your emails or see all facebook posts...
So, truly, I don’t stop being surprised, this has happened to me in lots of hotels, even sometimes when the hotel looks a little bit simple or more humble it turns out that they provide you with the service. So, I have a strong message to the hotel owners: PLEASE INCLUDE WIFI AS COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE! your clients will really appreciate it. Thanks a lot.

Some days ago I received an email from foursquare saying: "journey back to a year ago when you were in...", at the beginning I was excited thinking it was a great idea because of course I didn't remember what I was specifically doing one year ago. But what a surprise! I was with my boyfriend (ex now) in a trip to Santander, so of course the memories were not the most memorable for me and the idea of the reminder was a little bitter sweet. I guess you have also received a similar mail if you are in foursquare, hope it has been a memorable moment.

Have a nice sunday!
