Por favor, recoge tu caca

Antes de empezar con los posts sobre México, quería publicar uno sobre las cacas. Lo he titulado 'Por favor, recoge tu caca' aunque obviamente no se refiere a recoger la nuestra, ya que esa se recoge en los baños (al menos la mayoría de las veces). Me refiero a las cacas de nuestros perros, que, finalmente, nos pertenecen. Es increíble que no seamos capaces de salir con bolsitas que debemos previamente amarrar a las correas de los perros para poder recoger sus residuos en la calle. ¿Es que acaso nunca habéis pisado una caca de perro sin daros cuenta y de pronto llegar a cualquier lugar y decir 'huele a caca'? pues entonces ¿por qué no somos capaces de recoger las cacas de nuestros perros? ¿no queremos tener una ciudad limpia y libre de cacas mal olientes? o es que es lo típico de que, vemos otras cacas y entonces pensamos que una más no pasará nada... es como cuando hay dos restaurantes juntos, uno con gente y otro sin gente y decidimos ir a donde hay gente, así con las cacas, no importa que nuestro perro haga donde ya hay otras, tal vez si hiciera donde no hay, nos daría más vergüenza y la recogeríamos.
En fin, como siempre, todo se reduce al respeto por el prójimo que, claramente no lo tenemos muy inculcado. 

Before starting with the posts about Mexico, I wanted to publish one about shit. I used the title 'Please, pick up your shit' though obviously i'm referring to our dog's shit, not to ours, as ours is picked up at restrooms (at least most of the times). I'm saying 'our' as they are our dogs, thus the shits belong also to us. It's amazing how we cannot go out with some plastic bags when we walk our pets. Have you ever stepped on a dog shit without realizing it and then said something like: 'smells of shit', then you see that you stepped on it and you get really pissed. The, why won't we pick up our dogs shit? don't we want a clean city to walk by? Sometimes I get to see the turds together, as it most be our typical behavior that we go to a restaurant when is full, even though there's another one next to it that is empty. I think we are ashamed of leaving the shit if there's no more shit, but we don't care if there are some turds there already.
Anyway, as always, respect for each other. Clearly we still need to work on it!!
