Por favor, no me robes 10 minutos de mi tiempo

Me ha vuelta a pasar otra vez hoy. Tenía planeado ver la película de telemadrid que supuestamente empezaba a las 10h05, dejé de hacer otras cosas y me senté frente a la tele. Ni sus luces, a las 10h05 todavía estaba otro programa, después comerciales, después una introducción a la película y finalmente, la película. 
¿Esto no debería ser ilegal? estoy segura que esto no sucede en Estados Unidos, en donde cualquier cosa que se desvíe un mínimo de la verdad es motivo de demanda.
Estoy pensando muy seriamente hacer algo al respecto. 
Los canales nacionales son los únicos en los que he observado esto, ¿será que hay alguna letra pequeña que no he visto? me informaré y pronto me indemnizarán por haber utilizado esos diez minutos para empezar a escribir este post.
Nótese que el reloj va totalmente a tiempo con todos los demás canales.


It just happened again today. I planned to see the movie in Telemadrid that was supposed to start at 22h05, I stopped doing other things and sat in front of the TV. Nothing, at 22h05 there was still the previous program, then commercials, then the intro to the movie and finally the movie.
Is this legal? I'm sure that if this would happen in the USA where anything that a little bit aside from the truth is a reason for a law suit.
I'm seriously thinking about doing something about it.
The spanish channels are the only ones where I've observed this, I am probably missing the small writing somewhere? I will investigate and will soon receive a lot of money for using those extra minutes to start writing this post.
Please note that the clock is totally in time with the rest of the channels.
